Shipping policy

As a small business we do all we can to keep our shipping rates as low as possible, between $7 - $9 across Canada and the US. We would certainly like to offer free shipping but at this time we don't have that capacity. And we understand, you ordered it, you need it fast. Currently our FREE SHIPPING threshold is $60 USD on all orders.

Standard Shipping

Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Once we ship you'll receive an email and a tracking number from us letting you know your order has been processed. From there the shipping carrier takes over all notifications and sends emails directly with shipment updates.

Backorders

If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the part of the order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for the second shipment.

Overnight Shipping

Please call our office to discuss rates and this shipping option.

International Shipping

At this time we ship internationally to the following countries only: United Kingdom, Holland, Italy, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand via Asendia which is the most cost effective given the dimensional size and weight of your order. International orders generally take between 7 to 10 business days to arrive after processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to customs import duties or taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ToughWorkz is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We are not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit, but if you are experiencing issues receiving your order, please do let us know and we'll do our best to resolve it.
